OBSESSION EQUALS GREATNESS
Chef Olrie moved to the states in his teen years and began a career in welding in hopes to help his family. After a dedicated decade in the field, he adamantly decided to follow his passion for food.
He attended Boston’s Le Cordon Bleu where he interned in Spain and continued to distinguish his flavor profiles.
Opening ZaZ was a leap of faith the community is thankful for today. As a father, his legacy lives daily in the restaurant name. ZaZ is simply an artful twist of his children’s names, Zariah and Zalin.

LEGACY
Since 2011, Chef O has exceeded expectations with flavors that travel continents. With his location in Hyde Park, different walks of life have had the opportunity to experience quality food in ways they may not have before.
His unmistakable Caribbean, Latin, and Asian fusion flavors landed him the Boston Main Streets Outstanding Business Award in 2012.
