Learn To Cook With Chef Olrie

Hybrid Event | Both In-Person & Virtual Class

Want to learn a life skill that you can use long after class is over? Come learn to cook with Chef Olrie Roberts: founder & head Chef at ZaZ Restaurant & Catering. With over a decade of professional and nearly a lifetime of practical, there is deep experience behind the instruction provided during the class.

With an option to attend in person at our location in Hyde Park, or an option to watch virtually from your home kitchen - we make it easy for you to sign up. All participants will receive a cooking kit with all the ingredients necessary to prepare the dishes. For those watching remotely from the Boston area, you can pick up your kit in person at any of our locations in the city, or have it delivered to you. The classes themselves are not more than an hour and fifteen minutes each. 

The class schedule is as follows:

1st In-Person & Video Streamed Class | 6 PM - 7:15 PM EST

2nd In-Person & Video Steamed Class 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM EST

Wind Down | Refreshments Q&A With Chef Olrie | 8:45 PM - 9:30 EST

This same schedule applies for both April 18th & April 25th.

We will be taking online questions throughout the evening through Zoom's chat function.  You will have the chance to network with all the in-person & online attendees through a private group and channel on our website - where you can connect and follow each other on social channels.

  • In-Person Ticket

    This is the standard in-person ticket, good for either session on the day of April 18th or 25th. Kit is included and will be prepared for you at the location. You will also receive an electronic copy of the recipe - along with access to an online portal where future recipes will be added.

  • Virtual Ticket - Kit Included

    This virtual ticket provides access to a Zoom room, along with a kit sent for delivery or pick-up at any of our ZaZ Locations. The kit will include all the ingredients needed to prepare the dish. You will not need any special equipment to prepare these dishes.

  • Virtual Ticket - No Kit

    This ticket comes with access to the Zoom room during the event, along with a copy of the recipe and list of ingredients needed to make the dishes. All virtual ticket holders will have access to a portal where they can view recipes shared in previous & future classes.
